Hello, my name is Kimberly Wardell, and I am an Internationally Certified Mental Wellness Coach, International Award Winning Motivational Speaker, "The Art of Speaking" Instructor, and a passionate woman of faith.
Throughout my journey as a coach and speaker, I have had the privilege of interviewing and sharing the stage with some of North America's most sought-after speakers and coaches in their field. Encouraged by these faith-filled individuals who have overcome their own challenges, including limiting self-belief, depression, addictions, and past traumas, it solidified how I am deeply driven to help others, especially women, address and work through their SAADness, (sad, anxious, anger, depression) and other limiting self-beliefs, and behavioural patterns. Life has taken me on incredible adventures. I am a world traveller who loves experiencing everything life has to offer. I spent many years as a single mother raising my daughter before becoming part of a blended family with my husband and his three children. This experience has taught me valuable lessons through the various challenges, painful moments, and joys that come with blending families. (I could write a book on this topic!). |
As a lifelong learner, I have an insatiable curiosity and love for research. Sometimes I find myself diving deep into rabbit holes, discovering new "ah ha" moments along the way. One of my greatest joys stems from delving into Scripture and uncovering the stories and wisdom behind each verse. I could write pages upon pages on just one verse (yes, more rabbit holes!).
But let me share a deeper side of me. I can speak into these subjects, because I have experienced all of it myself. While many see me as both an extrovert and confident individual, I have wrestled with deep insecurities and immense fear about, well, nearly everything. Coming from a family lineage marked by addiction and mental health issues, including my own, I knew that in order to change my life, I had to change ME. I had to confront my choices, take accountability, and recognize that my past does not define who I am nor determine my future.
Though the transformation was (and is) intense, and requires much self-reflection, which can often be painful, I give thanks to God for His unwavering grace in my life.
OH, I can't forget to mention my rescue cat named TomTom, whom I absolutely adore! (despite being allergic to him.) He deserves an honourable mention!
If you're ready to break free from the constraints of the past and embrace a life of empowerment and purpose, I am here to guide and support you on your journey. Together, we can overcome obstacles, unlock your true potential, and discover the joy and fulfillment that await your inner excellence.
